Single Family Residential Appraisals start at $450.  Fees may be higher based on the complexity of the assignment.  Factors that may require higher fees can be:  Fractional Ownership, Custom Homes with extensive size, rural homes on acreage, etc.
Duplex or 4-Plex Appraisal $700
Form 2055 Limited Appraisal $400"
Lot Appraisal or Vacant Land (Lot Appraisals start at $400. Prices vary based on the complexity of the assignment) $500
Commercial Appraisals  (Commercial assignments typically start at $2,500, Fees vary depending on the complexity of the assignment) $3,500

Arete Appraisal specializes in resort and rural mountain properties.  At Arete Appraisal, we value commercial and residential properties, as well as, vacant land parcels.  Turn times for single family residential appraisals are always less than 48 hours after inspection.  Fees for residential property appraisals are standard and follow the table above.  For Commercial and Vacant Land Appraisals, fees vary depending on property type and the complexity of the assignment.  Please call for a quote on those types of properties.
